Established in 2017 by Kate Veeder, a longtime leader in Colorado's Intellectual and Developmental Disability (IDD) field, Lacuna Consulting was founded with the goal of increasing access to services for people with disabilities and on the belief that every organization should have the tools and guidance necessary to provide effective, personalized, and meaningful support services.
Kate’s extensive experience in the IDD field revealed a common challenge: navigating the complexities of regulations while maintaining a focus on individualized, person-centered care. Recognizing this, she built Lacuna Consulting to help organizations thrive within these often overwhelming landscapes.
