Kate has been deeply involved in Colorado's Intellectual and Developmental Disability (IDD) system since 2008. Over the years, she has had the privilege of managing a variety of programs, ranging from day services to employment initiatives, as well as respite and residential support and serve in many positions including Direct Support Professional, Program Director, Host Home Provider, Therapist, Clinical Director, Board President, and Executive Director of Organizational Strategy. Kate is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) whose work has always been driven by a passion for making a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals and families impacted by various disabilities, to help fill gaps in services, and to create innovative person-centered supports.

Kevin Harding, CISSP

Kevin’s 38-year career in Information Technology started as an electronic systems engineer designing safety sensors for automatic doors. From there he moved to computer sales and service specializing in network infrastructure and operating systems, software installation and desktop and server maintenance. Most recently, Kevin has served as the Director of Information Technology for a Colorado not-for-profit that delivers services to people with developmental disabilities, supporting all aspects of the organization. Prior to this, and while serving in the same role for a similar organization, he helped start a joint development company with four other not-for-profits to support smaller companies in the same field of service. Kevin is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), bestowed by the International Information Systems Security Certification Consortium. While Kevin has owned and operated two for-profit companies, his passion has always been to support those who are providing services to vulnerable populations. His goal has always been to ensure all parties, from employees to customers to vendors, have access to the information needed to make the most informed support and business decisions possible.

With over 14 years of experience in human services, Kyle has successfully launched and managed a diverse range of Medicaid and grant funded programs, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations all while maintaining a strong emphasis on advancing person-centered thinking and practices. His expertise spans across a variety of populations and age groups, including developmentally delayed infants and toddlers, trauma-impacted youth, and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Dr. Kalis holds a Ph.D. in clinical psychology as well as a Master’s degree in social work. For almost two decades he served as Director of Public Relations at Imagine!, a Lafayette, CO-based organization serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Fred has been very successful in creating and implementing integrated marketing and communications plans for multiple organizations, using a wide range of traditional, online, and digital platforms, as well as using graphic design, data visualization, video, and podcasting tools, to share stories of mission-based organizations with diverse stakeholder groups to enhance organizational visibility and engagement.

Ashley has supported individuals with disabilities for more than 20 years across various settings, including supported living services, residential and respite care, and para educator, among others. She holds an undergraduate degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Colorado State University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Metropolitan State University of Denver. Her nursing expertise lies in acute rehabilitation, where the focus is on supporting individuals with acquired disabilities to regain independence. As a nursing consultant, Ashley offers person-centered nursing support to individuals with disabilities that address their medical, physical, emotional, and social needs, while also supporting and educating their caregivers to ensure a holistic and sustainable approach to care. She provides support with medication management including medication administration assessments, QMAP training, and Medication Administration Records. Ashley provides multidisciplinary collaboration through the coordination of health care providers to create comprehensive care plans. With her expertise in direct patient care, as well as her extensive personal experience working with individuals with disabilities, she is uniquely equipped to offer patient-centered care to people with disabilities that integrate medical and psychosocial well-being.
